We spend time working with you to assure our design meets all of your needs before we begin the engineering and building process. This reduces costly change orders and assures our final product meets all of your needs. Once the design is completed our engineer team will get to work turning your needs into detailed CAD drawings.
We have a Hoffman ModCenter which allows us to offer custom cutting, drilling, and tapping of enclosures and back panels with 99% repeatable accuracy. Provides cleaner and more accurate cuts versus doing them by hand.
We offer sales and service of high quality variable frequency drives. We don't just sell you the drive, we also provide you with the technical expertise of starting and programming the drive, so you can rest assured the drive will do what you need and expect it to do.
We also build all of our engineered panels in house or can also build panels to your engineered drawings as well.
We can provide solutions for upgrading old and outdated control systems and panels. Over the years drawings are lost and companies change hands. This can lead to major issues with the important controls. We can provide field engineering to review your control system and create detailed control drawings for those systems, to help reduce down time when something breaks.
The NFPA and NEC have started requiring the calculations of available fault current inside your power system. Many insurance companies have also added this requirement. We can make a visit to your facility and provide you with those calculations and flag items that do not have a SCCR rating large enough for the AFC. Our services won't end there though, we will also help you find a cost effective solution and added protection needed to meet the new requirements.
We can work with you to design and build PLC systems that can turn complicated relay and timer logic systems into simple easy to use and troubleshoot PLC system. PLC's are very rugged and seldom fail, they are much easier to troubleshoot because they require less wiring and troubleshooting information can be provided on the screen reducing downtime.
We can design and build sensors, send the data to the cloud and provide a customized dashboard for viewing the data.
The capacitors in VFD's start to break down after being on the shelf for only 6 months. If in storage for longer periods it is recommended to have the VFD reformed. This process reforms the capacitors as well as tests them to assure that the VFD will work when you need it.
